TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC

These Terms & Conditions govern all vehicle rentals, reservations, payments, delivery services, deposits, fees, insurance options, and customer obligations provided by TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC.

By booking, renting, paying, signing a rental agreement, submitting personal information, or using any services provided by TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, the customer must provide:

  • valid driver license; 
  • valid contact information; 
  • residential address; 
  • valid payment method; 
  • insurance information, if applicable; 
  • security deposit, if required. 

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC reserves the right to deny or cancel a rental if the customer provides false, incomplete, expired, or suspicious information.


3. Vehicle Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed Vehicle Rental Agreement.

The rental agreement may include:

  • vehicle details; 
  • rental dates; 
  • rental price; 
  • deposit amount; 
  • delivery and return location; 
  • insurance option; 
  • additional services; 
  • renter responsibilities; 
  • fees and penalties. 

The signed rental agreement controls the specific terms of each rental.


4. Payments

Customers may pay by:

  • Cash; 
  • Zelle; 
  • Credit / Debit Card; 
  • Stripe; 
  • other approved payment method. 

All payments must be completed before or at the time of vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required before the vehicle is released.

The deposit may be used for:

  • damages; 
  • smoking; 
  • cleaning; 
  • tolls; 
  • tickets; 
  • towing; 
  • late return; 
  • lost keys; 
  • fuel; 
  • unauthorized use; 
  • GPS tampering; 
  • any other charges under the rental agreement. 

The deposit does not limit the customer’s liability. If damages or charges exceed the deposit, the customer remains responsible for the full amount.


6. Additional Services

Additional services may be available for an extra charge, including:

  • child seat; 
  • pet friendly option; 
  • prepaid fuel return; 
  • additional driver; 
  • extended rental time; 
  • priority delivery; 
  • cleaning protection; 
  • roadside assistance; 
  • airport delivery; 
  • address delivery. 

Additional services are not included in the base rental price unless stated in writing.


7. Insurance

The customer may use their own insurance if accepted and verified.

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC may also offer an optional insurance option, if available and approved.

If insurance is provided through TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC, the customer may be responsible for a deductible, including but not limited to $1,500, depending on the rental agreement.

Insurance does not cover all situations and does not release the customer from responsibility for prohibited use, reckless driving, unauthorized drivers, smoking, cleaning, tolls, tickets, towing, loss of use, diminished value, or other non-covered charges.


8. Vehicle Condition

Vehicles are provided in working condition and are accepted by the customer AS IS at the time of delivery.

Photos, videos, inspection forms, and damage reports may be used to document vehicle condition before and after the rental.

Customers must report any visible damage before driving the vehicle.


9. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

  • smoke in the vehicle; 
  • allow unauthorized drivers; 
  • use the vehicle for Uber, Lyft, taxi, rideshare, delivery, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, or commercial transportation; 
  • race, drift, speed test, or drive recklessly; 
  • leave Florida without written permission; 
  • drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication; 
  • disconnect GPS, tracker, dash camera, or telematics devices; 
  • use the vehicle off-road, on beaches, flooded roads, or unsafe areas; 
  • use the vehicle for illegal activity; 
  • ignore warning lights or mechanical issues. 

Violation may result in deposit retention, immediate termination, recovery of the vehicle, towing, additional charges, and legal action.


10. Speed Policy

Driving over 100 mph may be treated as dangerous driving.

Driving over 110 mph is considered a serious violation.

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC may retain the full deposit, notify law enforcement, terminate the rental, recover the vehicle, and require inspection of the vehicle at the customer’s expense.


11. Tolls, Tickets, Fees, and Post-Rental Charges

Customers are responsible for:

  • tolls; 
  • SunPass; 
  • parking tickets; 
  • traffic tickets; 
  • red light camera tickets; 
  • speed camera tickets; 
  • airport fees; 
  • towing; 
  • impound; 
  • storage; 
  • administrative fees. 

Some charges may arrive after the rental ends. The customer remains responsible even if the notice is received later.


12. Cleaning, Smoking, and Return Condition

Vehicles must be returned clean, without smoke odor, marijuana odor, excessive dirt, stains, trash, sand, pet hair, or damage.

Fees may apply:

  • smoking / vape / marijuana odor — $300; 
  • light cleaning — $50; 
  • medium cleaning — $100; 
  • heavy cleaning — $150; 
  • excessive cleaning or detailing — actual cost plus administrative fee. 

13. Fuel

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received unless prepaid fuel return was selected.

If returned with less fuel, the customer is responsible for fuel cost plus service fee.


14. Late Return

Late return without written approval may result in:

  • daily rental rate × 2; 
  • towing; 
  • recovery fees; 
  • lost revenue; 
  • canceled booking costs; 
  • administrative fees; 
  • legal action if necessary. 

15. Accidents, Damage, Breakdown, or Theft

In case of accident, damage, breakdown, theft, vandalism, warning lights, tire damage, or any incident, the customer must immediately:

  • stop safely; 
  • call police if required; 
  • notify TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC; 
  • take photos and videos; 
  • provide police report / case number; 
  • provide insurance and driver information; 
  • not leave the vehicle without permission; 
  • not repair the vehicle without approval.

16. GPS / Tracking / Telematics

Vehicles may be equipped with GPS, tracker, dash camera, or telematics devices.

These devices may be used for:

  • vehicle location; 
  • theft recovery; 
  • speed monitoring; 
  • mileage monitoring; 
  • dangerous driving detection; 
  • rental agreement enforcement; 
  • insurance and police reporting. 

Tampering with or disabling any device is prohibited.


17. No Refund Policy

After a rental begins, payments are generally non-refundable.

Early return does not automatically create a refund, credit, or price reduction.

Delivery fees, insurance, prepaid fuel, pet fees, child seat fees, and other selected services may be non-refundable after preparation or rental start.


18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to dispute valid charges.

If a customer files an improper chargeback or payment dispute, the customer may be responsible for:

  • disputed amount; 
  • chargeback fees; 
  • collection costs; 
  • attorney fees; 
  • court costs; 
  • administrative fees; 
  • lost revenue. 

19. Loss of Use and Diminished Value

If a vehicle is damaged, impounded, held by police, or unavailable for rental because of the customer’s actions, the customer may be responsible for loss of use.

If the vehicle loses market value due to accident history, damage, or repair history, the customer may be responsible for diminished value.


20. Right to Cancel or Terminate Rental

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC may cancel, refuse, or terminate a rental if:

  • customer provides false information; 
  • payment is not completed; 
  • unauthorized driver uses the vehicle; 
  • vehicle is used unsafely; 
  • GPS shows dangerous activity; 
  • customer violates rental terms; 
  • vehicle is at risk of theft, damage, or unauthorized use. 

21. Limitation of Liability

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC is not responsible for customer’s personal expenses, missed flights, hotel costs, transportation costs, lost business, inconvenience, or indirect damages unless required by law.


22. Customer Data and Cooperation

Customer agrees to cooperate with TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC, insurance companies, police, toll agencies, parking authorities, courts, collection agencies, and payment processors when necessary.

Customer data may be shared when required to process claims, enforce the rental agreement, recover the vehicle, collect unpaid balances, or comply with the law.


23. Changes to Terms

TITAN CAR MIAMI FL LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version in effect at the time of rental, booking, payment, or agreement signing applies to that rental unless otherwise stated in writing.
